PERSONAL INFORMATION:

Ed has worked for the company as an employee with McNair for over 10 years and prior to that as the owner of a high quality siding contractor completing many of McNair's projects in the early 90's.   He is a pleasant and hard working quality individual and is skilled and capable in many areas of framing, trim, customer service, and quality control inspections of the structure and exterior of our homes.

Some of Ed's responsibilities include the following:  

     A list of specific quality control checks during construction.

      Job stakeouts prior to clearing and after clearing

     Warranty service work

    Exterior trim work and quality control

     Material procurement

      Takeoffs & Dimensioning and level checks

     Driveway Layouts,

     Framing punch-out

     Pre Owner occupancy quality control checks
