Stephanie (Pepi) McNair 

Pepi's talent ranges broadly because of her experience as an independent business owner during the early 80's on Hilton Head and her work with her husband David since the beginning of McNair Builders. She attended N.C. State University and furthered her studies in art & design at Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota Florida. If you so desire, Pepi is available to assist during the Owner design selection process and attend supplier/subcontractor material selection meetings to help provide advice and expertise.

Pepi also:  

Assists in the accounts receivable, accounts payable and reconciliation of all accounts, 

Assists in computer entry of accounting including: budgets, subcontracts and regular accounting input and processing,

Assists in development of profit and loss statements for management's use,

Billing, change order processing, and application for payment processing.
