Personal Information:

Reg joined the company in 1993 from Naples Florida after a 24 year career in the home furnishing industry.  He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Western Ontario and completed post graduate studies at the University of Florida school of business.

Reg has been with McNair Building Construction, Inc. for over 16 years. Reg is responsible for the marketing of our company as well as providing a liaison between our clients and the construction process throughout the building of their home and customer service after completion.  In addition to working with prospective clients in the home decision and selection process, Reg and the staff will also provide invaluable information to assist in lot selection and preliminary evaluation of important considerations prior to land purchase.

• Assists customers in determining complexities of lot purchases; including the building envelope setbacks, variances, site preparation requirements and costs, site elevations, tree considerations and general value considerations. Evaluations prior to purchase are recommended.
• Works directly with customers to develop design changes and value pricing
•  Coordinates services for customers, including financing, attorneys, and insurance needs.
•  Develops preliminary prices for plans, changes and revisions, so as to supply prospective clients the tools needed to make accurate value engineering decisions before funds are expended by the client.
•   Coordinates with local architectural review boards to insure timely approvals.
•  Coordinates with architect, builders office, and client to develop the final construction plans and contract for construction.
•  Coordinates permit applications
•   Coordinates Owner selection process to accommodate Client availability and on-site construction needs.
