PERSONAL INFORMATION:

Leon is a highly qualified builder and project manager. Leon has been associated with McNair since the 1980's and employed for over 10 years.  He has been owner of a local company, House-Tech,  residential design/builder and interior finish carpentry company since 1986, and is a licensed home builder.  Leon's experience includes significant knowledge in the finish carpentry area for almost 15 years, an experienced estimator, and project manager, and can provide extensive value engineering during design and the owner decision process.  

Leon graduated M.I.T. in 1974, with an undergraduate degree in Architecture. He is an accomplished professional musician since 1963, and has published original C.D.'s.
